a beautiful day for the... ZOO.

LONG overdue post. i have got to get better about this blog. this is my book to you noah.. i hope to start printing these out for us all to reflect on. anyways... it was a perfect day on march 2nd. and what does a perfect day call for? the ZOO of course. daddy told you early that we were all going and you kept singing 'zoooo... zooooo'. you have never been this excited to go. and we know you will enjoy it more and more as time goes on. you don't stay in your wagon for long.. you want out and you run, run, run!! we always have so much fun just the three of us.

you FAVORITE... the bird house. this time, the birds flew on your hand and you thought it was the neatest thing. you couldn't stop laughing.

for about two months now, noah loves the credit of toy story 3 where buzz and jessie dance. he has to play it every single day. he gets so incredibly happy and squeals and it echos throughout the house. he calls it 'me' because the title of the song is 'you've got a friend in me'

he will spin and spin and spin AND spin around while singing the song and acting like the buzz who is dancing. every day, he gets faster and faster and faster. he can't get enough. we both spin around and dance until the music ends. and then do it all over again.

we usually try to have some special one on one time with noah. just something small and either mommy and noah or daddy and noah. i decided to take him for a little morning outing after breakfast.. to get a sprinkle donut (of course) and try out a new park. noah had to bring one of his favorite little friends, woody. i love how he carries them all over the place.

a pajama saturday toy story kinda day.

i've been busy. and behind at the blog. our toy story saturday was over a month ago. but at least i am documenting it now. so jim had a great idea to have a lazy saturday and do nothing but snuggle and hang out as a family. oh, and stay in our pj's all day. well, we had to go and get our sprinkled donuts. heaven. we watched a toy story marathon. noah knows a ton of the lines and acts everything out. he is so dramatic. we had such a special day and mommy and daddy will always remember this day.

noah loves being outdoors. he loves running around, playing hide and seek, chasing the dogs, blowing bubbles and racing his cars down his slide. oh, and picking flowers for his momma. he melts my heart every day.

dr. seuss

we headed out for the dr. seuss birthday celebration at a local library. it was a bit crazy but that didn't seem to phase noah. he loves the library and loves books. oh, and dr. seuss too.

 

after the library, we ran over by mamaw and papaw's house to play outside in the backyard and sidewalk

after ice cream, papaw got old scooby doo out. i used to ride on this when i was little with him. i remember it and it was so sweet to see noah on it now! he really liked riding on it too :)
