lazy sunday cuddling, donuts, and a trip to the park

weekends are our favorite. the days where we dog pile in the bed and snuggle up as a family. early on sundays we usually look at the paper in bed. your favorite is the target paper.

a trip for a donut. lately you only pick a little bit of the donut. then momma eats yours and hers :/ this was our first time sitting in shipleys. yummm. you loved watching the train go by.

the one day when we actually remembered a loaf of bread, the ducks were hiding. it was hot out. we didn't blame them. maybe next time. so we had fun at the park.

trip to zoo with momma

on saturday we decided it was a great day for a trip to the zoo. just me and you since daddy had to work some overtime. it was a little hot but we still had a blast.

 

looking at the monkeys - you love to watch them swing from the tree.

we have been practing what is bigger/smaller lately and you kept saying your foot was bigger. hehe. dont think so buddy ;)

we love riding the carousel! its a favorite thing to do.

 

you were all smiles on our ride. we always have to go twice... once for the carriage and once for the horsey.

 

petting zoo! you loved the cow and the goat. you were so gentle in petting them :)

you loved the train! the tunnel is your favorite.. you have been loving any sort of tunnel lately :)

lately mommy has been letting you pick out what you want to wear. tonight for family ice cream you had to wear your yo gabba shirt, your owl hat (i love that you finally love hats!), goggles, and your rainboots. you love those boots. we think you have the best sense of style :)
