day at mamaw and papaws

today we went and spent the afternoon at your mamaw and papaws. my how you miss them. we hung out, watched some tv, read some books, and laughed at your new funny thing... dust bunnies. you thought it was the funniest thing ever. you are so lucky to have your mamaw and papaw. they love you so much. then we went and got some tcby to kick off the weekend.

we went this past weekend to your favorite - lowes (or paint store as you call it) some girl scouts were right at the door so we had to buy a box. or three. you were a fan of the peanut butter cookies. me too. 

we got some good paint samples for your STARWARS big boy room. you have been talking about it since we told you about your big boy room. this momma has a lot of work to do but it will all be worth it to see your face. 

can't believe it is time for your big boy room. no more baby stuff. but you will always be my baby. always.

happy birthday gran!

since mamaw and papaw can’t watch you right now, gran has been watching you which is a huge help for mommy and daddy. it means so much to have such a special family member to watch you during the day. we are so fortunate.

gran helps us all out so much by picking you up from school and dropping you off, to fixing a gate outside so you wouldn’t get in the electrical box, and building your brand new playroom!

last night of 2012//

on the last day of 2012, we stayed in bed. all day. in our pjs. and watched movies. monsters inc. toy story 3. momma finally got out to get dinner for us - our favorite, cane's. but when momma got there it was closed! ack. so we got zaxby's instead. you ate some chicken and then played with your new star wars christmas toy  from g and gran. you are the cutest, you hum the theme song. so cute

suki and moshi even joined the party..

happy new year! here's to a great 2013. i know it will be the best so far.
