carnival.

me, g, and gran headed up to the bedford heights carnival. i remember going every year when i was little. it was extra special to get to take you here.

you fed the cow some pumpkins. you really liked this game.

 

you LOVED the bounce house. most of the time, you will get in for only a minute, then want out. not today. you played and bounced for around 15 minutes. a record! you had so much fun.

and the coolest thing was the obstacle course! you loved it. it was really neat since they only let 2 kids in at a time. you held up the line for a while since you got a little stuck. you did such a great job! then you begged and begged to go again. you did very well waiting your turn! maybe you are getting used to the idea. or maybe i just got lucky.

round two of carnival fun to follow ..... we headed up to mp's to take a nap. after your nap you were rested up and ready to go!

pumpkin patch!

 

we love october. there are so many fun things to do. one of our favorite is the pumpkin patch! we headed there on friday. the night before, a massive cold front (for us anyways) blew in. even daddy was cold. so it was pretty chilly! it was super windy but we just kept you bundled up and for the most part, you didn't even seem to notice.

the past few weeks have been filled with bounce houses. you were so brave and climbed all the way up to the top. and then all the way down right into daddys arms.

 

 

 

you have been really talking about opposites lately. your latest is finding tall things. you said, "noah es tall ike pumpkin" in this one. so sweet.

 

 

you loved jumping in the hay. you were so excited. you love hay. you know about haystacks and that horseys eat them. you had a blast getting messy.

we took our first family hayride. it was SO much fun. we all had a blast. especially you. you were so excited. we love attempting to see the world through your eyes.

fall festival.

on saturday, we headed up to a fall carnival right down the road. it was way too hot for a fall carnival but that's texas for you. and to show you how much mommy loves you, i went while sneezing up a storm. and carried tissues with me. later that night, gran had to come by and run me some steroids they were that bad. anyways, you loved riding the horseys. and you were so gentle and calm in the petting zoo. we were so proud. you are such a sweetheart. you had no fear going up the slides and loved the bounce houses.

it was a fun afternoon indeed :)
