noah's doghouse

 

 

months ago, my wonderful, awesome dad had a great idea to turn our blah dining room into a huge playroom for noah. i couldn't wait to start. they started right around the forth of july and now.. in september it is still a work in progress but its the fun stuff.. decorating :)

 

gran, pap, and daddy all worked the first weekend and got the framing up and the doors. yea! thanks to them all for spending their weekend doing this not so fun task. love seeing progress. noah and i had to get out of the house.. and of course, we waterparked it :) then the next weekend, gran came and did all the dry wall alone as a surprise! those are the best kind of surprises! noah loved it and wanted to help measure. he also at first kept calling it his doghouse. think it had to do with a bubble guppies episode i'm sure of.

then momma and G got to town painting. sadly, we spent an entire day painting then when it was all said and done we didnt like the color :( so the next weekend G and Gran came back to help me. they are simply the best! :) noah got comfy and had a prime spot. he was a little backseat painter :) more pics to follow of all of the progress we have made. i can't thank Gran enough for spending many, many hours of his time doing this special thing for us all.
