a visit to see papaw

we headed up to papaw's rehab center while he recovers from his knee surgery. you haven't gone this long without seeing him in forever. you were so excited to see him and mamaw

i love papaw's first reaction to seeing you. my how he has missed you, his little buddy.

you and your mamaw. she always calls you, "the bestest boy in the whole world" you get shy and smile :) my how she loves her great grandson. you are very lucky to have your papaw and mamaw in your life.

then we headed home but you saw mcdonalds and begged to go. so we went. and ate inside. and daddy went up in the playground with you. you were the only boy with his dad up there. very lucky to have him do neat little things for you
