momma stayed up late to decorate your room for your birthday. blew up some balloons, put a banner up and layed out a present or two. here is the first picture of you being THREE. you are my heart and i love you so so so very much. always i will. and forever always you will stay my little baby boy. i can't wait for this next new year with you. to see you grow. to see you learn new things every day. to see your little light grow even more.
the BIRTHDAY boy!!! you were so excited when mommy and daddy opened the door with our little blowers and sang you HAPPY BIRTHDAY. our little three year old. how did that happen? time flies so very fast and we try to cling to every minute of each and every day with you. and cherish it. if i could bottle this up, i would. your sweet smile, your goofy laugh, your sweet, sly grin when you try to get your way, your wet, sloppy kisses, your sticky hands, your sweet, soft little voice... everything that is you, my little three year old boy.
opened one birthday present from us.. your LEGO DUPLO toy story set. you were so excited.... "it's, it's, it's... a toy story lego duplo toyyyyy"
lining up our party hats for the big day!
"momma noah is old man up" so cute. we need to get that movie for you!
and of course, we had to get you a chocolate sprinkle birthday donut!!! you loved this and were so happy to see candles. i still tear up looking at this picture, you really are three. you did so great blowing out the candles while we sang to you again. and again.
to me, you are still that teeny tiny little baby that we were bringing home from the hospital after many years of pleading with God for a child. and we are so grateful to Him that it was YOU. for His wonderful plan for us. you... noah james. our sweet, goofy, spunky little boy with soft, curly blonde hair and soft blue eyes. i can't believe it has been three years. it's so hard for me to put into words what you have brought into our lives. not only to mommy and daddy's lives, but to so many others as well. and you are a story of God's faithfulness and such a beautiful story we have. i can't wait to see what this next year has in store for us and our family. i can't wait to see you grow even more into becoming a boy. and a momma's boy you are for sure.
always forever, momma
